1.5 oz Bourbon
.5 oz Boyden Maple Syrup
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 oz Floater of Marquette Reserve
Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and Boyden Maple Syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice. all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass with ice.
Float Marquette Reserve on top of the cocktail by gently pouring over the back of a spoon.
Garnish with an orange peel.
