Strawberry Rhubarb Tom Collins

Try this version of an Irish Coffee. Add our Maple Bourbon Creme Liqueur to steaming hot coffee and stir. If you’re a purist, our Maple Bourbon works just as well and you can still top it with whipped cream for that rich, creamy, indulgence.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 Oz Vermont Ice Gin

  • 0.5 Oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 0.5 Oz Strawberry Simple Syrup

  • Club Soda

Directions:

Take your Gin, lemon & simple & pour them into your shaker, add ice, give it a bar tender shake & strain into your collins glass. Fill the glass with ice & top with club soda. Garnish with a strawberry or dehydrated lemon.
