Q: How is it different from Bailey’s?

A: You will notice the wonderful apple and cinnamon flavor and smoothness. That is because the brandy is made by fermenting Vermont Apple cider and triple distilling into high quality apple brandy. Baileys is made using bulk grain neutral spirit.

Q: What is Ice Cider?
A: Vermont apples are harvested in the late fall and pressed into cider. The cider is then frozen, concentrating the sugars and flavors. The concentration, (20% of the cider), is fermented into ice cider and barrel aged in French Oak barrels. Ice Cider is what give our Apple Crème such a wonderful apple flavor.
