1 oz maple bourbon
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz maple syrup
1/2 oz aqua faba
1 oz blueberry wine
Combine maple bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup and aqua faba in shaker and dry shake
Then add ice and wet shake.
Strain into coop glass
Use bar spoon to float blueberry wine on top
Add garnish of dehydrated lemon and blueberry
