Federal law requires that all packages containing alcohol will need to be signed for by someone 21 years of age or older with a valid form of identification upon delivery. We process your order within 24 hours and ship it out on the next business day via FedEx Ground. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but a FedEx tracking number will be available for all shipments. If no one 21 years of age with a valid ID is available to sign for the package, FedEx will make a minimum of 2 additional attempts to deliver the package. The recipient may contact FedEx directly to arrange delivery or a hold at the closest FedEx office location if that is more convenient. Sorry, we can’t refund any shipping and handling charges if a package is returned to us, but we’ll do our best to help ensure you get your product!
