3 oz Rhubarb Wine (or 2 oz Rhubarb & 1 oz Cowtipper)
3/4 oz of Lime Juice
3/4 oz of simple syrup
Splash of Cointreau
Salt & Lime
Rub a slice of lime around the rim of a margarita or rock glass then coat with salt (or sugar if you prefer!). Combine wine, lime juice, simple syrup, and Cointreau in a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain over ice into your salt rimmed glass. Garnish with a slice of lime.
