1 oz. Bourbon
3/4 oz. Angostura Bitters & Brown Sugar Mix
1 oz. Lemon Juice
Vermont Ice Hard Cider
Cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon
To make the Bitters & Brown Sugar Mix, heat 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup water, 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar, and 1/4 cup angostura bitters in a small saucepan over low heat until combined. Mix first four ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Top glass off with Vermont Ice Hard Cider and garnish with cinnamon.
