Fred Boyden, the family’s patriarch, has been creating Boyden estate maple syrup for over 70 years. A family tradition spanning over 4 generations, the Boydens harvest sweet sap from a single forest of 300 sugar maples located right on the farm with over 9800 taps. Our certified organic maple syrup is made the old-fashioned way; boiled over a wood-fired evaporator in a sugar house conveniently located directly behind the winery. One taste of this award-winning rich amber delight, and you’ll fall in love. It’s ideal for pancakes or any other culinary creation you can imagine – that’s why we use it to craft some of our most unique wines and spirits!

Our Maple Products
Light, golden color with a mild, delicate taste. Excellent as a table syrup or over ice cream or yogurt.
Light amber color and full-bodied flavor, this class of syrup is the product of choice for those who desire the classic maples syrup flavor. Perfect for pancakes!
Dark amber color with a more pronounced maple flavor. This grade of syrup will satisfy those who desire the strong maple flavor that has previously been known as grade B. Great for cooking.
