Our wines and spirits are handcrafted in small batches and made using the finest local ingredients. We’re proud to carry on time-honored practices that have been passed down through our family for generations: wood-fired maple syrup, barrel-aged bourbon, fresh cream, and sweet Vermont apples. Our Story

Our products are hand crafted in small batches in our 4th generation farm in Cambridge, Vermont. We use the highest quality ingredients and follow time-honored traditions of integrity that have been passed down through our family for generations. Our products contain no artificial flavors and no preservatives. The delicious, rich flavors come from fresh ingredients and lots of practice. We stand by our products and hope you enjoy them!
